I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Affirm in Jun 2022
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and had a phone interview/screening. The second interview was with the hiring manager. The third interview was three hours long with multiple team members.
After considerable time spent speaking with team members from Affirm, I was sent a generic rejection email. I asked for specific feedback as to why they chose to move forward with another candidate, but no one took the time to reply. It is unfortunate that interviewees are expected to take time off work to go through several rounds of interviews, but the team couldn't spend a few minutes to send some feedback.
