I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac (Saint Johnsbury, VT)
Interview
The interview process was very quick and very universal. Seemed more interested in filling seats rather than acquiring quality applicants. Did not ask about personal things about ourselves and interview was done in a group setting rather than one on one.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They Didn't ask a lot of question, merely told us about Aflac and pay structure.
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.
Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
