The interview process was easy. They go through slides that tell you about the company and then ask a few basic questions. They also ask you what you know about the company.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aflac (Torrance, CA) in May 2014
Interview
Very simple, only asked like 2 questions, mostly them just explaining the job to you, they make it seem a lot more involved but you only do one thing, calling potential Aflac agents. Not a very exciting position, I didn't learn anything new, the people you call are pretty rude and it can get very tedious only doing one thing.
Very professional, began with a phone call and full explanation of why the call took place and why they saw it would be a good fit for the position/firm. 2nd interview was in person, and likewise was well plan, explained, and executed.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Aflac (Torrance, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
A group of about ten people including myself were briefed about the internship roles together in a conference room. Each person was called in separately to interview with an employee. It was mostly behavioral questions or questions about prior work experience.
