I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aflac (Waxahachie, TX) in Aug 2024
Interview
I was sent and email requesting an interview. Not very profesional, then was sent a link to have a virtual interview to learn more about the position. I was not informed that there would be several candidates in this meeting. Which made for a very uncomfortable meeting and the job description was very misleading.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not a whole lot more just trying to sell me on why working as a commissioned agent is ideal.
The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (Nashville, TN)
Interview
It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.

Interview
The first overview was amazing. Very informative. Mrs. Beth Withrow was very knowledgeable and very Motivating. I am looking forward to my second possible interview . And My possibly new future.
