Agam Leaderim interview questions

Given a PDF with some requirements to build a simple backend application, and 5 days to finish it. After that, they won't tell you what you missed, what you did wrong, just plain and simple "this is not it" in a lonely email. If you give people 5 days to work on a project, you better give them good reviews and tell them ahat they missed, what did did well, give them time to explain etc... None of that. Basically looked like a sad company as well ngl. The HR took several days to respond to my assignment and give results, and after 2 weeks of waiting you get that oddly-lonely email I talked about. Also they said they use docker for every project to deploy it locally... What? Why? Use coder...
