Was reached out to via email from the hiring recruiter for the company for Google Meet interview and I immediately responded back indicating I was available and interested to interview. 6 days go by and she does not respond. I follow back up and she responds with a time and date to interview and I accept. I then proceed to prepare for the interview by taking 45 minutes off from my current job to have a video call. 5 minutes roll by and she is not on the call ... I call and email her, no response. I then proceed to stay on for the entire hour to see if she is perhaps is late or responds to reschedule. No response.
It is now an hour a half later of our scheduled video Google call and I have not heard anything back. Absolutely unprofessional and a disgrace to the company if she is the recruiter for onboarding professionals.
As a previous recruiter, I know time is precious and I would NEVER stand up a potential candidate. Especially knowing the process to take time off of work is difficult to schedule an interview, let alone, the process to find a new position is stressful.
If someone from Agile5 actually reads this it would be extremely productive to inform your Recruiter that scheduling an interview to then not show up for it is extremely rude and unprofessional! It is a shame.
