Agilence interview questions

Phone screen, in person panel interview. This was one of the worst interviews I ever had. The team were seriously lacking in interpersonal skills. The questions were random, and were asked to show how smart they thought they were. One guy was wearing a dicky. I thought he was trying to be ironic, but it was real.
