Interview
One day of multiple panel interviews, decision made in a few weeks. One interview with associates and others with management. Questions werent too difficult it is a mix of finding out your knowledge and problem solving skills and knowing your personality and how you work with others.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Agilent Technologies (Frederick, CO)
Interview
Four round in person interview. First with a different manager in the same department, then two middle rounds with multiple employees currently in the role, and finally with the manager that would be reported to. The interview leaned more towards technical questions than behavioral questions.

Interview
I received an interview scheduling request from an AI for a job that I did not apply. Well, I kept an open mind although there was a big time difference (US vs South east Asia). So I waited at 10 pm for a call and I received no call at all.
Firstly, don't give false hope, that is not nice and professional.
Secondly, check the hiring AI, there must be some glitches/bugs that need to be fixed.
Thirdly, it would be helpful that if it is cancelled, inform the interviewee through the AI that the interview is cancelled. Luckily, the next day was my off day.
