I attended an approximately 1 hour long group assessment with 1 other candidate, which included being given a tour of Agro's warehouse facility by 2 Agro employees (for which they provided us with steel toed boots and high vis jackets), before being given a brief 5-10 minute interview at the end. This was not my first interview with Agro, so I was not surprised when they failed to get back to me, despite giving me an exact day that I'd hear back by. I also emailed them a few weeks later, to see if I could get an update. Again, no response. They also failed to get back to me when I attended an interview about 2 years before this. I have found a failure to get back to me to be very in character for Agro, even when they were Grocontinental, whether I got to the interview phase or not. After this experience, I will no longer apply for positions with Agro. All I can say is that I'm surprised anyone works there, if they don't respond to applicants.
