Aim Transfer & Storage interview questions

Initial phone interview followed by face to face and second with the owner. The third interview was with the manager of the brokerage and co workers as well as the owner and recruiter. I was told after the second they would have an offer to me. After the second that went pretty well. I was told to send my references over. I sent my references and btw they’re outstanding and have never failed. I was sent an email on a Saturday saying they went in a different direction. No explanation and no offer. I felt mislead and when asked for an explanation was never given one. The way it was handled was unprofessional at the end..
