AirX interview questions

Friendly and not a stressful environment. However, the questions are quite simple, there wasn't many questions that really will get to know the interviewee. The description of the job was quite full on as well which was great.

First round - HR interview with Maltese HR person and head of sales. Second round - technical interview with chief pilot & competency based questions with head of HR and chief sales. Pretty smooth, although beneficial feedback is never given to candidates
