There was no HR interview, it was directly an interview with the team I would work with. They were all very friendly and pleasant to speak to, they thoroughly talked about what the position is about, what the department does, what their backgrounds are, etc
It was a very straightforward experience overall. They are specifically looking for someone who speaks German fluently, is highly motivated, and shows a strong willingness to learn and grow. The expectations are clear, and the role seems well-suited for eager candidates.
First CV screening, then I received security questionare. After 2-3 weeks I received email to schedule an interview with manager at the site. I received the decision in a week but HR processes took so long. I was able to start after apx. 2 months.
