Online test followed by online interview, the process was smooth and easy to track, did not take too long to progress and the interviews were fair, although the technical interview was difficult due to lack of experience in the industry.

Interview
Applied online, completed a number of online tests and then was contacted about 6 weeks ;ater. Enjoyable interview at assessment day, friendly polite staff. Technical interview was slightly tricky. Also did a group task, as long as you put yourself forward and make yourself heard in a polite way you will be fine.
