Face to face interview with the hiring manager in Radnor, PA offices. Would be manager emphasized the very different nature of the gas business and how unique their sales models is compared to other companies. Emphasis on SAP experience as they are heavily invested on SAP.

Question 1
How well do you understand SAP? What modules are you most familiar with. Do you have any eProcurement experience?
Very long process for something that shouldn’t take as long as it did. It took a total of three months from start to finish. So that process could easily be done a little better
Met five interviewers separately, each one of them went detail into my experience. It was divided into two parts - Job specific and soft skills. Interviews with hiring managers were mainly project management related questions, but HR part was mainly on people's skill.
