it was 3 phase interview. in 1st phase it was tele. more general chit chat and info about my previous experience and introduction to the company and role. in 2nd phase. it was face to face with with CIO and tech people. with CIO more about the company vision. what they are looking for in new person and responsibilities he might have to take. it was very nice open chat about the company and culture. tech guy asked few standard questions. nothing was out of ordinary and it was again more discussion around possible solution rather then just looking for specific answer. in third face I met face to face with CEO and more informal chat about role and company culture. CEO was more interested about my fit within the company and culture.
