AishInfotech interview questions

Telephonic, Face to Face - 1st round, 2nd round and final round. It was 7 day process. Offer later was sent after final round. I have been with AishInfotech since 2013. Before join AishInfotech I was working with SmartData. Initially I am not interested to join AishInfotech as it recently established, so I was worried about my future, career and job security. But when I joined, my whole thinking was changed. It’s really good company. I just worked there 3 month. After 3 month when I joined AishInfotech, I got job confirmation from another company, this is company from Pune. They heard this news from another employee. I thought, they will not allow me go. But the manager was too good. They first think about my career. The time which I spend there was too good. Colleagues were too helpful. I am still in touch with company. I learned lots of there. I experienced 3 month as like 3 years. The company is now doing well. Sometime we discussed about the project strategy, what need to do for result or other things….. Means I am in Pune, but still feel that I am part of company. I want to experience these things again. So I will definitely join this company again if I go back to Nagpur.
