I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Akamai (Boston, MA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Got a call within a couple days to learn more about the position and about my background. Pretty responsive recruiter. Set up a call with the senior manager for the team as the first round. Looks like he was looking for someone with 6-10 years experience in some tools. Job description mentioned fair to good knowledge on it which wasn't sufficient to crack the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about tools that I had used 7 years ago but didn't bother asking much on the tools being used in the company at present.
The process included an HR phone screening, an introductory call with the Team Lead, two technical interviews, an interview with the Director, a final HR interview, and the offer stage. Overall, the interview process was clear, well-structured, and the interviewers were very pleasant throughout.
The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Akamai (Bengaluru)
Interview
First round they asked SQL based questions and then I waited for the results. The HR just ghosted me. Never answered calls or replied back to my messages. This is so unprofessional behaviour. If not selected, we can atleast expect a mail or a message. Worst experience.
