Zoom, This was with one person the manager. It was questions surrounding the duties of a Activity Coordinator. And what would I do scenarios. Also my experience in the role, And how I would work alongside members of staff, managing the activity levels whenever I am not at work, as the role was not working at the weekends.

If you have a NMC registration and you offer to work all hours then you are in! Interview process is very easy all they wanted to know was could I cover all the in call and cover emergency shifts.

Interview

Recrutment team didnd't communicate with people carrying interview as I specifically said I am not interested in doing night shifts but I was pushed to do it. Interview run by an admin and a senior carer, both seemed not to be interested in what I say really.
