one day marathon that how could be defined , onsite at downtown main office arrived 1:00 pm 1- fill form with some personal data and work experient 2- hr meeting sort of culture fit test 3- tech interview 4- online test in their computer lab for: ms office - english skills - personality analysis 5- record video introduce your self 6- meeting with it head sort of casual chat overview : old school model company very strict routine but they are very respectful and friendly

It was good, started with hr interview with application filled by my self , interviewer asked me about weakness points and good points , how to deal with team and different personalities
