Interview
The interviews consisted of two stages: first one with two planning managers, the second one with HR. The questions are mainly focused on your experience and the willingness to work with them, while HR is more focused on your demeanour. It helps if you know that this specific role have different sub-roles described in the job description.
It also helps being consistent in your answers from stage 1 to 2.

Interview
I applied for the job at the end of October and got the interview after 2 months.
There are three rounds of interviews in total. Firstly, you will interview with HR and one manager who might not be your line manager. Secondly, two managers will interview you. During the interview, you should spend 15-20 minutes doing an Excel test and presenting the result. Last but not least, you will interview with your line manager.
