A Frustrating Experience The interview process was pathetic. From the very beginning, there was a complete lack of transparency. There was no mention of salary at any stage — not in the job description, not during the calls, and not even after multiple rounds of interviews. When asked directly, the topic was either avoided or brushed aside with vague responses like "It will be discussed later." The management clearly prioritizes cost-cutting over talent. Their usual approach? Offer the lowest possible salary while expecting unreasonable amounts of work, long hours, and constant availability. It becomes painfully obvious post-hiring that they hide key terms and conditions, things like mandatory weekend work, unrealistic KPIs, or unpaid overtime.
