Alarms Unlimited interview questions

i'm serching work for more than a year and then i found this position. it is look like a nice company with friendly stuff and I applied CV. after the interview i found my self confusing due to the manager that interviewed me.

Group panel with Hal, Jeff and another individual. We basically had a conversation about security and fire panels, nvrs, ip systems, anolog systems, access control panels and hardware, devices, accomplishment what products we didn't like. Very informal.
