1 hour phone chat with a recruiter then in person for 1 hour. Pay is very low but thought there may be room for salary negotiation when mutual interest has been established. In Person interview involved the recruiter, mainly I think it's because the manager (newly promoted) is very new in his role. Overall, it was easy interview. I found it difficult to "dumb down" my experience, so it didn't appear that I had more experience than the manager.
