I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Alaska Airlines in Feb 2023
Interview
The whole process is done online, they make you answer questions that make you think you are stupid, don’t the questions are dumb, if you “pass” that test or what they call a (virtual job tryout) you will be invited to meet with them at a group interview and they assign a group number then they proceed to tell you all about the job and have agents that have been there a long time to answer any questions, you also get to meet who will be doing your 1:1 interview, also they ask you 4 very very stupid questions and you have to answer a certain way, it seems like they follow a script on what and how they want them answered answering those questions don’t prove your actual skills and basically undermine all your accomplishments. Once the interview is over you are sent back to wait then 2 other people come pull you out and either tell you no or yes you passed and they can’t tell you why you aren’t offered a job for “legal reasons” overall it wasn’t an enjoyable experience and it’s sad because Alaska is known to be a great employer
