Initial application, followed by an email with written responses to about 10 questions, interview scheduled via Microsoft Teams with two managers on the team.
Position was framed up to be Hybrid. However, if you are looking for work here you MUST live within driving distance of their offices. They do NOT offer any relocation assistance either. Super bizarre as it was posted all over the place. I’ve attached their response to working hybrid from elsewhere and they wouldn’t bite.
“Our hybrid work arrangement policy offers our employees the flexibility to be able to work from home on a regular basis. However, in order to support our business continuity plans, our team members must live within reasonable driving distance to one of our hub locations so they could report onsite in the event of an outage in their remote access. Therefore, this position would require the candidate to live in the Phoenix Metro area or near Anchorage, Alaska.”
Sounds more like an “on call”/office-heavy gig with some hybrid from time to time to me.
