Additionally, roles may evolve over time as organizational needs shift. Moving forward, we will make a concerted effort to communicate responsibilities with greater precision. Below, I’ve outlined responses to some of your comments: Onsite Requirement The role requires onsite presence five days a week, and this has been stated in the job description in bold since its posting: “This 3-4 month contract role requires the individual to be in the office five days a week. The hourly rate will vary based on experience, between $50-$60/hr.” Hybrid Designation The initial "Hybrid" designation in our system was due to the recent implementation of our return-to-office policy. At the time, an "onsite" designation was not part of our Workday roll out and has since been updated to reflect the onsite nature of the role. Follow-Up Communication We sincerely apologize for the lack of follow-up, which is not reflective of our usual standards. There may have been a miscommunication, and I encourage you to reach out directly to your recruiter so we can resolve this promptly. Additionally, in some cases, hiring managers relay feedback indicating that a candidate has expressed hesitation about specific role requirements.
