Began with a video interview via Google Hangouts and proceeded with an in-person interview with two superiors. I thought I had made connections with everyone I spoke with, very personable; more conversational then question-answer. However, I did not receive an offer. I think it's a little more competitive than necessary for a customer service position. Overall, I really would have liked to work for this company for its perks and youthful, innovative environment.
