Overall the process felt overly long and unorganized. Was first contacted by staffing agency on LinkedIn then went through four rounds of interviews. First, a phone interview discussing fit, salary expectations, job details. Second, a HackerRank coding interview. Third, a mixed interview with a senior-level engineer. Fourth, an onsite mixed interview. I felt that most of the interviews were fine but the onsite is where the issue lied for me. The process seemed unorganized (no booked room, hiring manager walking in and out). The engineer conducting the technical interview seemed uninterested and kept checking their phone. The question they asked was extremely vague and when asked clarifying questions they did not clearly communicate any significant answer (They only answered yes and no).
