Albiware interview questions

After the phone screen, I was sent a take-home design challenge. The task asked candidates to redesign the Scheduler feature in Albi's live product — a feature they explicitly described as not handling their current business needs at scale. The expected deliverables included mid-to-high fidelity prototypes with interaction states (empty, loading, error, active), a full end-to-end user flow, process documentation, and a presentation narrative structured for a cross-functional audience. The deadline was 4 business days.
