Alchemy Insights interview questions

It was a quick process, but it felt very sloppy. There was an obvious lack of internal cohesion regarding what they were hiring for. Dates and interviewers changed repeatedly. The recruiters are friendly, and communication is clear. Just an odd vibe for the process.

I had an HR chat and a technical interview that consisted of 1 hour system design, 1 hour coding. The problems were fair and decently challenging. I did not make it to the next round, but I had a good experience and everyone I spoke to seemed kind and intelligent. The recruiter was exceptionally helpful and communicative; he set up interviews and replied quickly, and called me after the decision to give me feedback!
