Interview
It was mostly HR who conducted the interviews. From what I was told, the Engineering Managers reviewed the resumes online, asked HR to interview several people, and HR told the Engineering Managers their suggestions but in the end the Engineering Managers choose. I only had one interview and it was on campus.

Basic STAR Method questions. They called me at first as an initial screening and then sent an email to apply for job listings
Good conversation if you're up for it. The initial screening was normal and was not in depth. She asked how I heard of Alcon, why I wanted to be in with them, and who I talked to at the Career Fair
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alcon in May 2015
Interview
Two phone interviews. First with HR and 2nd with Manager. HR asked typical employment questions and also about my interests. Manager asked about why and what I wanted to gain from the position. Honestly didn't think it went well but I got a call back after 2 weeks offering me the position. Peers told me it probably went well because I was honest and affirmative in my responses with the Manager. Overall a Good experience.
