First interview is with HR, straight forward
Second interview is with previous person in position who is moving to a new role. Straight forward interview process testing culture fit, strategy, technical ability. Also introductions and questions/clarification on experience and background.
Third interview is with 3 stakeholders. Introduction on both sides with questions/clarification on experience. Questions to test leadership skills, transition, culture fit, etc..
Fourth interview is with 2 other stakeholders. Questions to test technical skills, experience, etc..
Fifth interview is with hiring manager and another senior finance leader. Basic questions on why do you want the role? What ticks you off? What leadership do you like and dislike?
HR emailed after saying we should discuss salary so they can make an offer. I never heard back after that call.
