CV and cover letter, then a phone interview, then an in-person interview at their London office. Interviewers were very friendly and it was relaxed. Guided me through answers and prompted me when I had missed an important point.

It was a phone call interview which lasted about an hour, it was some pretty standard questions and it was pretty chill interview it took place over zoom and it was faceless but if you got through the first round then the second round will be with a group of execs

Interview
Short initial interview with engineer/consultant over the phone, just asked basic questions such as if I knew the two types of finance the company were interested in (auto and equipment finance). Longer second interview with consultant & HR with more depth into their processes, which I didn't know enough about in practice.
