Algoma Lumber interview questions

Started off by asking about past employers and if I left on good terms. Then we talk about what Algoma lumber does and took a tour. In the very beginning of the interview they told me I had the Job. they asked if I could start right away, I did because I was in between jobs. They were very impressed with the reference from my time doing maintenance at Algoma long term care. I moved up the company latter very quickly and I am now in the most difficult and well paid positions.
