AlignOps interview questions

3 step interview. First a phone with HR, 2nd a video call with the hiring manager and the third with some people of the team where you have to do a mock training session. After speaking with the team, it was beyond clear this was going to be a role where you were going to be overly worked and for such low pay. Should’ve guessed that when they required a “mock training session”. Requiring free labor for a job whose MAX pay is $70k is ridiculous lol. Disguising the job as entry level but then requiring the person to “help build the team, processes and procedures” is a slap in the face. Overall, seems like the average company who wants to take advantage of their employees. Glad I dodged the bullet :)

My first interview was with the CEO. That right there should show how much the organization cares about their employees from the top down. They gave me clear steps on the interview process and helped me be successful.
