Aligned Dental Support interview questions

I had 4 informal interviews that lasted a total of 3-4 hours between them. I then created a marketing plan full of ideas that i gave them after they told me multiple times I got the job. I then find out through an automated email a week later that I had not been chosen for the position, after they had a copy of my marketing ideas.
