All In Credit Union interview questions

The interview process was good overall. However, I read between the social interactive lines and sensed superficiality and not enough transparency. They did iterate that they like to emphasize hiring internally and I kept that in the back of my mind as a mental note. After a week, I received a call stating that they had filled the position and would keep my application on file. A complete waste of my time along with the additional four years that I have attempted applying to the company. I would very much rather they remove and completely eradicate my application.

Pretty typical interview process. I was interviewed by the branch manager inside the branch. She was very welcoming and wanted to ensure I had customer service and teller experience. The whole interview lasted maybe 30-45 minutes. I had to call back about a week later to ask if they had chosen a candidate. At that time I was offered the position over the phone.
