Pay could be better. You learn to essentially be a banker, for teller pay. Extremely difficult to grow within.

This place has become a shell of what it once was. The recognition was abysmal and the discrimination was even worse. I really enjoyed my job and helping members, truly. The environment is just so toxic and the ethics code was NEVER followed. Workplace harassment is dealt with by trying to get rid of the employee instead of finding a solution. The executive team would just rather build a new building or open another branch instead of giving employees a healthier environment, better bonuses, and more staff to accommodate the growth that has happened over the past few years. They’ve gotten greedy and arrogant and it will be their downfall.
