Great process they offer a lot of training and resume building. I had a really great experience. I interviewed with 3 positions and was offered one. They do all the negotiating so that is a plus.

Question 1
There were so many interviews, they do a lot of prep work and pretend interviews prior to the real thing.
Very easy to apply for and make you very comfortable whilst there. They were very interested in what kind of person I was and questions were average.Overall they seemed to thrive on hiring the right people to join their team.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alliance (Riverside, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
The interview process was easy. I wish it was a little faster but overall a good experience. Staff was all very professional as well. It started off with a phone screen and then in person interview.
