I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Allianz (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2019
Interview
A phone screen, and then an in person interview with the hiring manager and two others that had similar positions. Very canned questions with little opportunity to ask about the position. I feel that it was rushed.

Question 1
What are three weaknesses and strengths. I really think this question is ridiculous and outdated. It feels like they have nothing better to ask you.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Allianz (Munich, Bavaria) in Sep 2023
Interview
A 30-minute virtual session with the hiring manager after applying directly on the corporate careers site. The conversation was partly in order to get to know each other, partly for Allianz to explain the exact role they are trying to hire for, with a bit of time left for case study-like questions to assess my suitability for the role.
