Once CV is shortlisted, you get a call from HR to check the fitment on culture, values. Then you have a technical round with SME's followed by hiring manager discussion.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward and transparent. When there was a delay to the original timeline for a follow up interview, they let me know early on and an estimate of the new timeframe.

They asked me about my specific experiences in an IT discipline, with examples on how I had approached challenges in that area.
I was interviewed by 3 different people and got asked a lot of technical questions. The entire process lasted about 1 1/2 hours and I was happy they scanned their employees diligently.
