Had 2 rounds of interview. In both rounds, more than analysing the technical knowledge of the candidate, they were more interested in knowing how to deal with difficult clients and conflicts within the team. Seems like they have quite a lot of difficult and unprofessional clients to deal with and they are in search of leads who can resolve the conflicts. The first impression they give to you is that you are going to work in difficult projects where you have to deal with a lot of issues. How can anyone feel inspired by such questions? Also after the second round of interview, I didnt even get any update from the HR on whether or not I cleared the interview, which shows how they deal with their future employees. Would not recommend
