After the screening online. It was a single interview 45 minutes, that included fit and technical questions. The interview was a videoconference with two people working at Allianz. At the end of the interview they asked some organizational questions about my availability and so on.
They answered me 1 week later.

1 round， 2 interviewers from the team，with behavoir questions from the start，go throught the CV， then R code test， with some staticstical knowledge in risk mgmt, after 2 weeks received the offer by mail

Interview
First, they call is it available for interview then they will proceed to set date for interview session, They provide you with meeting link as it been conducted via online. There are 3 persons interviewing you and all from IT.

They asked general questions about how you handle disagreement, how do you propose your idea.
