Pathetic selection process. I applied for a job with a cover letter within I described what kind of job I am looking for (analytical) and what kind of job I do not like to do (project and stakeholder management, coordinating and supporting processes etc.). Allianz waited 3 whole weeks to reach out to me and then the HR-rep. said that they have another role for me titled "Demand Manager". I looked for a job description and found that this position is (based on the "everyday's task) basically 90% what I do NOT want to do. An incredibly slow process, where it seems that they don't even glance at your CV or your cover letter.

Prima call conoscitiva con HR. A seguire, lunga chiamata con responsibili del team data science, qualche domanda generale di probabilità e domande su esperienza del candidato. Step finale con HR e dettagli del contratto. In generale azienda seria e persone molto dirette e oneste in tutti i processi di selezione.
