The interview process took about a month, Got an initial call and, the interview was booked 2 weeks later. The interview was so seamless and I enjoyed every bit of it. About 6 behavioural-based questions and the rest were technical questions based on my application. They have a very terrible communication gap, it took forever to get a response!

Sehr angenehme Gespräche zuerst Online mit den Teamleadern, dann mit HR und als letztes mit der Führungsebene und den Teamleadern in person in Stuttgart.
Gut strukturiert, freundlich und gut kommuniziert. Hier hat wirklich alles so funktioniert wie es sein soll.

Warum berwirbst du dich erst jetzt bei der Allianz?
Usually short and a couple lf rounds you meet with a prescreen and then the business leaders for the department . Overall a smooth process and not stressful. I liked my recruiter, they were nice
nice interview with senior and a team lead, drilled into financial knowledge and technical capability a bit, but not too deep, refer to experience described in the cv more, should be a company which emphaise communication and humanity
