The first round was with a senior manager, where we mainly went through my CV and discussed my working style, including how I manage multiple tasks. The second round was with the same manager and the head of the team, where they asked similar questions to those from the first round.

very relaxed, focused on getting to know each other. Very decentralised team so was seeing eye to eye. Unfortunately my studies were not really in line with sustainability so they chose someone else.
