We would like to thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns about our interview process. Due to the rapid growth within our group, at times, we work with agencies to assist with our hiring needs. Considering the time you outline in your review, it appears to include the collective total of both the agency screening/interview (1h 30m) and our interview (1 hour) for a total of 2h 30m. We strive to be respectful of candidates’ time and work around their availability when scheduling the interview. We apologize if this was not your experience.
