Interview
I called the OIC project manager and then interviewed two members of the OIC team. The interview consisted of about 10 generic behavioral questions targeted at the position. At the end of the interview, the interviewer said, "In the next steps, we will be reaching out to you in 1-2 weeks with an offer or with a rejection. We don't like to leave people guessing or ghost applicants." I was ghosted, and there was no contact at all.
