Very easy. Asks basics for security and experience! They really look at those with the best availability and fit right in their schedule rather than picking those who are actually qualified for the job.

It was super laid back yet professional. I distincly remember the question, "Tell me 10 ways that you would use a pencil."
Overall, it was fun, laid back and professional.
