Pretty standard interview process. Had a phone call with HR then was asked to schedule a video panel interview with the nurse manager and nurse supervisor. If I remember correctly, I believe they called and offered the next day?

Thorough and quick. Amazing company to work with. Interview was planned out in a two step process, HR phone call and meeting with floor manager. If manager meeting goes well, a job offer may shortly follow.

Met the nurse manager in the office. Had an interview lasting roughly 20 minutes. Questions were basic. No pressure, just conversing casually. Manager was excellent. Offered job on the spot. Started working a couple weeks later.
